Conducted by StepUp Silicon Valley’s Campaign to Cut Poverty The Poverty Simulation is a unique tool to educate you by role-playing the day-to-day realities of life with a shortage of money and the related stress. During the simulation, you will be a member of a low-income family, struggling to provide food, shelter and other basic necessities while navigating through community resources. The Poverty Simulation is an inter-faith community collaboration sponsored by Sacred Heart Catholic Parish and Congregation Beth David. Families & individuals, 7th grade and older are welcome!
