Guest Speaker: Maryellen Stamos, BSN

Maryellen is a Whole Foods Plant Based Educator, Chef and a health coach. As a nurse consultant, she sees clients who have chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and obesity. She works with her clients using Lifestyle Medicine principles and nursing principles to develop personalized plans. Maryellen is presently teaching a Whole Foods Plant Based Cooking Course at the Saratoga Community Center.
