VBC Counselor Information (Grades 7 – 12)

We are thrilled that you have signed up to be a Counselor for Vacation Bible Camp. You will represent the beliefs of the program and be a model and encourager to the children, ready to help them in their search for God and His love. This should be your primary reason for wanting to be a Counselor. Youth volunteers fill a critical role at Vacation Bible Camp. They are a tremendous help to the adult leaders.

VBC would not be the same without you. Your enthusiastic participation, maturity, and responsible attitude will set the tone for the week. You will need to be On Time and Ready to Participate each day.

We hope you have a lot of fun at VBC, and join in all the high-energy worship, games, and music. There will be a Counselor Cantina with great snacks to enjoy during your breaks.

  • Wed, May 30, 6:30pm – 8:00pm: All on-site volunteer orientation meeting in Parish Center
  • Fri, June 8, 12:00pm – 3:00pm: Teen decorating day OR
  • Sat, June 9, 9:00am – 12:30pm: Teen decorating day
  • Sat, June 9, 12:30pm – 3:00pm: Counselor Training in the Church
  • Mon, June 11 – Fri, June 15: VBC WEEK! Half Day (8:15am – 12:15pm) Lunch NOT Included – OR – Full Day (8:15am – 3:30pm) Lunch Included
  • Fri, June 15 12:00pm – 1:30pm: Counselor Tear Down
