Free Range Breast of Chicken stuffed with artichoke, sun dried tomato and boursin cheese, herbed polenta crescents, Kalamata olive pinot noir reduction

Charbroiled Basil Pesto Angus Hanger Steak with porcini mushroom madeira sauce

“Angel of Music: A Salute to Andrew Lloyd Webber” presented by renowned Broadway performers Franc D’Ambrosio, world’s longest running Phantom, and Glory Crampton.

On hand to entertain will be “The Iron Man of the Mask”, Franc D’Ambrosio, known to thousands as Broadway’s Phantom of the Opera as well as Al Pacino’s son in “Godfather III”.

Joining the “World’s Longest Running Phantom” will be Broadway leading lady, Glory Crampton, who has also performed with Jose Carreras, of The Three Tenors, as his guest soloist at Radio City Music Hall.
